ご予約は、開始時間の24時間前まで無料でキャンセルまたは日程変更いただけます。
ご予約の24時間以内にキャンセルまたは日程変更をされた場合、通常は全額を請求させていただきます。ただし、次回の同様のサービスにご利用いただけるクレジットをご提供できる場合がございます。

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy
You can cancel or reschedule your reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before the start time of your reservation.
If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your reservation, a full-price fee will generally apply. However, we may be able to offer you a credit that can be applied to a future similar service.
